PRODUCT BENEFITS

There are very few nutritional supplements that provide as wide a variety of health benefits as calcium -- making it one of nature's greatest gifts. These benefits include stronger bone density, prevention of osteoporosis, better teeth and gums, increased energy and metabolism, more relaxed nerves and muscles, less aches and pains, and relief of PMS and menopause symptoms -- that is, if the calcium is fully absorbed by the body.

James Balch M.D., author of Prescription for Nutritional Healing, says: “Calcium provides energy”. Calcium Lift features a revolutionary new form of calcium called calcium lactate gluconate.  It surpasses other forms in absorption, availability to the body, and physical results.

The advantage is that ten times more calcium is readily available to the body for the enhancement of bones, teeth, nerves, muscles, and overall well-being -- while just taking a small amount of the supplement.  Calcium Lift also includes magnesium chloride and Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), in order to provide the acidic catalyst needed for complete calcium absorption.

                                     CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS

Cinzia Aversa of Glendale, CA. says: “I have more energy with Calcium Lift, no doubt. I am in a better mood overall. I seem to sleep better. I am 46 and also have some little arthritis pains here and there and those seem a bit better too. I have gone through heavier physical activity in the last couple of days which normally would give me a LOT of muscle pain and back problems (which is my main problem) and this time it has been much easier with little sore feeling.”

J. R. of Van Nuys, CA. says "I like Calcium Lift a lot because it has almost no taste and does not feel like I am eating minerals or metals. I've been having productive days and have lots of energy until the end of the day rather than dropping from exhaustion as I usually would be.  I've experienced a wellness and well being that I have not had for many years. I am 63 years old and find that I get tired often and have various symptoms such as nausea, hot flashes, chills and lots of other bothersome small things. These all seem to be subsiding as I take this supplement."

D.S.B. of Santa Clarita, CA. says: “This is a good product! I do notice a lift, especially when I work out with weights and do aerobics.   When I’m done, my body is very calm before I secure for the night.  At nighttime I’m very relaxed and mellowed out, but still focused.  It’s good for the nervous system.  It really has helped me a lot.  It circulates in the body really well.  It also helps my skin. The other products with magnesium alone never worked on me.  I like the mixture of magnesium, calcium and Vitamin C.

                                     NUTRITIONIST COMMENTS

Adelle Davis, the pioneering nutritionist and author of “Let’s Get Well” discusses calcium’s critical role in women’s health. She says: “The amount of calcium in a woman’s blood parallels the activity of the ovaries.  The blood calcium falls to such an extent during the week prior to menstruation that nervous tension, irritability, and perhaps mental depression result. At the onset of menstruation, the blood calcium takes a further drop, often causing cramps of the muscular walls of the uterus.”

Davis continues: “During the menopause, the lack of
ovarian hormones causes severe calcium deficiency
symptoms to occur. At these times, high amounts of
calcium should be obtained and every step be taken
to insure its absorption into the blood. When these
precautions are taken and the diet is adequate in
other respects, the woman at menopause usually
loses her irritability, hot flashes, night sweats, leg
  cramps and mental depression.”

In the Nutrition Almanac, John Kirschmann says “Moderate cases of calcium deficiency may lead to cramps, joint pains, heart palpitations, tooth decay, insomnia, and excessive irritability of nerves and muscles. Calcium supplements have been used successfully in osteoporosis prevention, stronger bone density, as an aid for cramps in the feet or legs, in helping skin to remain healthy, in the structural rigidity of arthritis, for problems of menopause and PMS, and for disorders of the teeth and gums,“

Regarding high calcium absorption, Kirschmann says: “Unless calcium is in a water-soluble form in the intestine, it will not be absorbed properly.  In addition, calcium needs acid for proper assimilation.  If acid in some form is not present in the body, calcium is not dissolved and instead can build up in tissues or joints as calcium deposits, leading to a variety of disturbances.”

                                         RESEARCH STUDIES

                       CALCIUM INCREASES ENERGY METABOLISM

According to a study in the May 2004 issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, ”Dietary calcium plays a pivotal role in the regulation of energy metabolism because high-calcium diets lessen fat gain and weight gain during the overconsumption of an energy-dense diet. Although the concept that dietary calcium and dairy products modulate (alter) energy metabolism has been developed over only the past four years, much evidence from studies now support this concept.”

CALCIUM LACTATE GLUCONATE IMPROVES BONE DENSITY:

An article appeared in Osteoporosis International  (Volume 2, Number 4/ July, 1992) titled “The effects of calcium supplementation and exercise on bone density in elderly Chinese women.”  The researchers from China and Australia found it helpful for osteoporosis prevention and concluded: “The calcium supplement in the form of calcium lactate gluconate was adequately absorbed in elderly Chinese women. It was effective in reducing bone loss at the hip, and there may be interactive effects with exercise in maintaining bone density.”

                                     CALCIUM COMPARISONS

The Calcium Lift ingredients dissolve instantly in any temperature of water. Beverages with calcium typically require a very soluble form of the mineral. The table below compares the properties of calcium lactate gluconate to other commonly used soluble calcium salts in water
(1 & 2).

From this chart, one can see that 28.6 grams of actual calcium from calcium lactate gluconate are fully soluble in one liter of water, whereas only 3 grams of calcium from calcium gluconate can dissolve. Therefore calcium lactate gluconate has 10.5 times greater absorbability than calcium gluconate and 140 times greater absorbability than calcium citrate.

                                                 INGREDIENTS

Calcium Lift features a proprietary blend of calcium lactate gluconate, magnesium chloride and Vitamin C.  No other ingredients. No fillers, flavorings, dairy, soy, wheat, gluten or sugar.

                                         DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Use one packet each of the calcium and magnesium. The calcium is a fine white powder and the magnesium looks like crystals. There may be water droplets in the magnesium pouch, which is normal. Pour these into 1 quart or liter of spring or distilled water and shake until clear. If minerals stick to the pouch, pour a little water in to loosen them. Start with 1 tablespoon in the morning, with or without food. Take another tablespoon in the afternoon if desired, but not too close to bedtime. Take it earlier in the day if it’s too energizing. It should turn into a relaxing effect by bedtime.  Cover liquid and store in refrigerator. Keep product out of kids reach.
